Vehicle graphics sit between sign writing and a full wrap. Printed panels of colour and imagery, contour-cut logos, one-way window film, stripes, decals and partial wraps that use the van's own colour as the canvas. It's the most flexible way to brand a vehicle and, done with judgement, the most cost-effective. We design, print and fit all of it indoors at Caterham.
“Like us they love a ridiculous brief that needs to be completed yesterday, allowing their creative juices to run wild. We honestly couldn’t find a better partner when it comes to vehicle wrapping and signage.”

Vehicle graphics are read in three seconds by someone doing thirty miles an hour. That changes how you design them.
What you do, where, and how to call.
phone number and web address on the rear doors first, everything else second.
A subtle tonal design is invisible in traffic.
We build artwork on a map of the exact vehicle so seams, rivets, handles and fuel flaps don't cut through a word.
Empty space is what makes the logo pop.
Sides and rear printed with brand colour, imagery or pattern, laminated, and fitted with clean edges on panel lines. The bonnet and roof are left in the vehicle colour. This is what most trades and service vans should have.
Van wrapping
For logos with gradients, photos or more colours than cut vinyl can sensibly handle. Printed on 3M IJ180, laminated, cut to the logo's outline.

We template the exact vehicle. Every rivet, handle, fuel flap and sliding door rail is on the map before a designer touches it.
Artwork built or checked on the map. You see every side. Two or three rounds of changes is normal; we'd rather fix it on screen than on a van.
HP latex print on cast film, laminated, contour-cut on the plotter. Cut vinyl weeded and pre-masked.
Indoors at Caterham on a clean vehicle. Panels squared across doors so lettering reads straight with the doors open and shut. Post-heated into recesses.
Every edge. Care sheet in writing. Wait 48 to 72 hours before the first wash.
Consistency is the whole job. Once the template and proof exist for your model, every vehicle gets the same graphics in the same positions. If a panel gets damaged, we reprint and replace that panel, not the whole van. Fleets with mixed models get a graphics standard that translates the same identity across a Caddy, a Custom and a Sprinter without looking like three different companies.
None of them cost more to avoid.
Not everything here is a van.
Printed wrap panels on 3M IJ180 and Avery MPI cast film, laminated in house on HP latex kit.
Custom van and car wrap design built on a template of your exact vehicle, from a logo on a business card to a fleet livery standard.
Sign writing, partial wraps and rear graphics fitted the same day at our Caterham unit on cast film that lasts.
A wrap covers panels edge to edge in printed or coloured film. Graphics are applied elements (printed panels, cut logos, lettering, window film) that sit on the vehicle's own colour. Graphics cost less, fit faster and often communicate better. Wraps give total control and cover tired paint.
Cut lettering and a logo is the smallest job; a printed partial wrap on a medium van is the largest. We itemise design, print and fitting.
Printed and laminated graphics three to five years; cut cast vinyl five to seven. Unlaminated print is the false economy: it fades and scratches within a year or two.
Yes, on rear and rear-side windows using perforated one-way vision film. Not on the front door windows or windscreen, which have legal visibility requirements.
Yes, with heat and the right technique. Cast film comes off clean. Old, sun-baked calendered film is harder and slower.
Yes. We build the artwork on a template of your exact vehicle before anything is printed.
